MODERNISE TAPS AND AERATORS

We will inspect the aerators in your taps. If required we can replace your existing aerators with modern versions based on the latest water technology standards. The washers, seals and other consumable parts will also be inspected and repaired if necessary. If the water contains high levels of impurities, we recommend self-cleaning Autoclean aerators.

NEW SHOWER HEADS

We will inspect everything carefully: shower taps, mixers, hoses and washers. Parts that are bad condition will be repaired or replaced. Old shower heads should be replaced for hygienic reasons, as impurities can collect over time and attract bacteria.

EXTENDED LIFESPAN FOR TOILETS

All toilet parts will be inspected and maintained. Expensive components will be replaced only when absolutely necessary. Faulty or worn parts will be replaced by more long-lasting parts. All surfaces will be cleaned, and the flush mechanisms will be adjusted with the precision of a watchmaker.

COST OF MAINTENANCE = ONE MONTH’S WATER BILL

Our systematic maintenance services have been proven to be the most cost-effective way to control a building’s water costs for years. The cost of systematic maintenance per apartment is equal on average to around one month’s water bill. Once the first comprehensive maintenance has been performed, the maintenance interval is usually five to seven years. This kind of investment really makes sense.

SLOW LEAKS CAN COST 10,000 EUROS A YEAR

The biggest savings can be achieved by fully maintaining leaky toilets, as 0.3mm of wear or 0.8mm of dirt can cause major hidden leaks. A 2 decilitre per minute hidden leak on a single toilet can cost a building 25 euros a month, i.e. the same amount as a one-month water bill for two-person household. A leak the width of a match can cost a building up to 10,000 euros a year. These small and unnoticed leaks can become really expensive over time. Modern toilets are so quiet that it is hard for users to notice the problem, and even if they do, they are unlikely to report the problem.

GOOD SEALS ARE WORTH THE INVESTMENT

Finland has some of the best tap water in the world. Nevertheless, water is a natural product that can contain acidity, acidity, lime, carbon dioxide, sand, rust, microbes, bacteria, dissolved metal or other impurities. These can corrode washers and mechanisms and lead to hidden leaks that will increase your water costs.

YOU CAN RELY ON THE MOST EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS

It is generally thought that maintaining, adjusting and repairing toilets is a simple job. In reality this work requires experience, know-how and a lot of care. Our Energo professionals are proud of their expertise and maintain thousands of toilets a year. Their credentials are backed up by around 10,000 references on average. In addition, they continuously update their skills, as flushing mechanisms and washer materials have seen major leaps in development in recent years.

FAREWELL TO EXPENSIVE EMERGENCY REPAIRS

Systematic maintenance helps ensure that your showers, taps and toilets work perfectly for 5 to 7 years, eliminating the need for expensive emergency repairs. When maintenance is carried out at regular intervals, the unit costs are considerably lower than the cost of unscheduled visits and emergency repairs. The cost per apartment of systematic maintenance is in the tens of euros, whereas emergency repairs by plumbers and maintenance companies can cost hundreds of euros. Systematic maintenance is therefore the smart choice in the long term, saving your building considerable amounts each year

ORDER A RETURN-ON-INVESTMENT ESTIMATE

The price for systematic maintenance for an average-size building is approximately 3000-3500 euros. This is a sensible investment, as it can generate savings of 20,000 euros in five years. Call and ask us how much your building could save with a return-on-investment estimate.
